Love Architecture, Love Birmingham
The Royal Institute of British Architects in the West Midlands are announcing the launch of Love Architecture Festival 2012, a nation-wide RIBA festival that celebrates architecture in the West Midlands between 15 – 24 June 2012.
Love Architecture: Birmingham has something to offer for everyone as part of its 10-day programme of events, ranging from walking tours, exhibitions, talks and films to initiatives such as Open House and Architect in the Store, as well as a number of collaborations with other events, practices and organisations across the city.
RIBA West Midlands also announce the Festival Office ‘LA:B’ in the Pallasades for the duration of Love Architecture Festival. The Love Architecture Birmingham LA:B interior has been designed as part of a student competition run with the Birmingham School of Architecture and the Birmingham Architectural Association. The LA:B will be the one-stop contact point for architecture students, architects and the public for events, workshops and free consultations.
