- A bistro serving a range of freshly-prepared hot and cold dishes, and a self-service pantry
- Meeting rooms, supported by business and travel concierge services
- Complimentary newspapers, magazines and internet access
No.1 Birmingham will offer the business traveller a work-friendly environment and range of business support services. For the leisure traveller it will offer a new standard of premium pre-flight hospitality, to start a holiday or for any special occasion.
Phil Cameron, Founder and CEO of No.1 Traveller said: “Birmingham Airport means business when it comes to air travel – world-class carriers, a great range of destinations and a viable alternative to London’s airports. Its passengers increasingly expect world-class services to match their travel experience and so we’re honoured to extend our award-winning lounge collection to Birmingham Airport. This new lounge marks the next stage in No.1 Traveller’s continued expansion and I am delighted that we are creating 20 new jobs as part of this opening.”
Paul Kehoe, CEO of Birmingham Airport said, “No.1 Traveller has an excellent product and we’re delighted to award this contract and create 20 new jobs. Once open, the new lounge will be a significant addition to our terminal facilities and we’re confident that customers will be very impressed with the product.”
